This wine is a blend of Semillon (75%), Sauvignon Blanc (23%) and Muscadelle (2%) grapes which are painstakingly harvested by hand and fermented and aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months. This 2010 vintage expression displays aromas of acacia flowers, citrus and honey, with a refreshing and vibrant core characterised by further notes of citrus, apricot and candied fruit. Delicious served chilled as an aperitif, our own label sweet wine is also an excellent accompaniment to Asian inspired cuisine, a versatile match for a varied cheese board and a perfect partner to fruit based desserts.
