HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
Making a return with us is easy. Please follow the procedures below so that your return can be processed as quickly as possible. Providing that returns to our Brand Partners comply with their returns policy, you will receive a refund. We currently do not offer exchanges for items supplied and delivered by Brand Partners.
You can return any purchased item, free of charge, in the following way:
- By returning your order directly to the Brand Partner
Please note that the free returns service is separate from and an alternative to your right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013. This right is dealt with separately in our Cancellations section.
FREE RETURNS DIRECT TO BRAND PARTNERS
Items delivered by our Brand Partners can be returned directly to them using their Returns Process. Please follow the instructions provided to return your items that were enclosed with your order.
You will receive a confirmation email once the Brand Partner has received your parcel and a refund has been processed.
