Distinctively Scottish in its production, Edinburgh Gin's Rhubarb and Ginger Liqueur is produced by macerating tangy spring rhubarb in oriental ginger and adding a twist of lemon zest before infusing with gin. This not only provides a glorious and exotic depth of flavour, but also gives the liquid an attractive pale pink hue. Sweet yet balanced, with a gentle warmth from the ginger coming through, this liqueur is perfect to drink neat over ice, or alternatively with lemonade or simply with soda water garnished with a slice of lemon. A deliciously different tipple that is versatile, fun and original.
