The Taggiasca Extra Virgin Olive Oil is an oil based on the single olive variety of Taggiasca from sunny Liguria. The oil has a delicate olive flavour with hints of sweet almonds, ripe fruit and spice. It is a truly luscious garnishing oil that's beautiful aroma matches well in dressings, marinades or with seafood, risotto or with vegetables.
