Staff DiscountWe give 30% staff discount to all employees across our own brands and 20% discount in our foodmarkets, restaurants, cafes and bars.
Clothing AllowanceWe give our employees an allowance which enables them to buy any own-bought products (excluding Beauty, Cosmetics & Perfumery) with 50% discount.
PensionAfter six months employees can join and contribute to the Group Personal Pension scheme where the company will match the employee contribution.
BonusEmployees are eligible for either a monthly or annual bonus.
Monthly Sales Bonus The bonus scheme allows both full time and part time sales staff to earn bonus on a monthly basis provided own bought departmental sales targets are achieved. In addition both full and part time selling support staff can also earn bonus on a monthly basis provided store sales targets are achieved.
Annual Bonus At the end of each financial year a bonus payment may be triggered if the Company profit target is achieved. Eligible employees may then be entitled to earn a percentage of their annual base salary provided that their personal performance has been consistently up to the required standard.
HolidayWe give generous holiday allowances to our employees ranging from 22 days to 28 days per annum.
Refer a FriendOur Refer a Friend reward scheme is designed to encourage our employees to recommend like-minded hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to help us build our future. If a friend of one of our employees is successfully appointed we will reward them with a tax-free payment of £200 for non-management and £500 for management positions.
London Travelcard (Knightsbridge based employees - on completion of probation)A fantastic benefit which enables employees to travel around all London zones on all modes of transport. The card is heavily subsidised by the company and employees pay a minimal contribution.
Season Ticket LoanAll employees are eligible to apply for a season ticket loan which they can repay interest free.
Childcare VouchersHarvey Nichols supports the government childcare voucher scheme.
Eyecare VouchersWe provide vouchers for free eye tests and if in the event that you need glasses for middle vision (VDU work) we will provide a contribution towards to the cost of these.
Healthcare/Cash Plans/Medical InsuranceWe offer a variety of options to enable staff to take care of their health with the added advantage of saving money in the process. Senior Managers can also choose to take out cover for themselves and their family through the company provided Medical Insurance.
