Collect in Store
Harvey Nichols offer a completely complimentary Collect in Store service. When shopping online simply select your preferred store for collection from a list at the checkout. We will send you email confirmation as soon as your order is available to collect from your chosen store. When you visit us please remember to bring your ‘ready to collect’ email with you, along with the card you paid with and a form of identification – we will accept a passport, driver’s licence or credit card.
Customers will then have the chance to try on any purchased clothing in our luxury fitting rooms, with on-hand styling advice from expert Harvey Nichols consultants. What’s more, any returns can be processed on the spot, just visit any till point in store.

Which stores can I collect from?
Collect in Store is only available from stores within the UK and Ireland. Please be aware that orders for the Dublin store may be subject to a slightly extended processing period. Please note; Harvey Nichols international stores and Beauty Bazaar, Harvey Nichols do not currently offer a Collect in Store service.

How do I choose to collect in store?
On the ‘delivery address’ page at the checkout you will find a drop down menu with your billing address at the top in addition to a list of the cities where Harvey Nichols have a store. If you wish use the Collect in Store service simply select your desired city from the list and your order will be sent to your chosen Harvey Nichols store.
Where in store should I collect my order?
The collection point differs between each of our stores and will be detailed in the confirmation email you receive when your order has arrived and is ready to collect.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 3-5 working days from the day you place your order for it to arrive in store. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please do not visit the store to collect your order until you have received your confirmation email. You will need to print this email and bring it with you to the store when you come to collect your purchase.
When will my card be charged?
If you choose the Collect in Store service your card will be debited when your order arrives at your chosen store. You will receive an email from us to confirm when the order has been processed and is ready for collection.
What do I need to bring to collect my order?
Please print out your ‘ready to collect’ confirmation email and bring it with you to the store, or if you’d prefer you can simply display the email on a mobile phone or tablet device. Please also bring the card that you paid with and a form of identification (passport, driver’s licence, credit card).
What if I’m not available to collect my order?
If you do not collect your order within 7 days of its arrival in store, you will be contacted by email. If we don’t hear from you for a further 7 days we will return your order to our warehouse. Fashion items will then be refunded to your payment card. For food and beauty orders we will supply you with a promotional code to the value of your order, which is our equivalent of a credit note. This code will be valid for three months, for use against any online orders. If you remain in contact with us we are able to hold your order for an agreed period, within reason, until you are able to collect it from the store.
Can I return my order on the day I collect it or at a later date?
Yes, if you change your mind or an item is unsuitable you are able to return anything you need to then and there in the store. You are free to make use of our luxury changing facilities, to try fashion orders on for size. Alternatively, you can take your order home and return any items you wish to (under the terms of our Returns Policy) within 7 days of collection.
