Collection from Store

The collection from store service is free of charge.

For collection at UK stores, please allow 3-7 working days from the day of order for your goods to arrive in-store. We will email you to let you know when it is ready for collection. Please DO NOT go in to store to collect your order until you have received an email from us informing you it is ready for collection.

PLEASE NOTE: Orders containing multiple items may take up to 7 days to dispatch as we select stock from across all our stores when necessary.

Please bring a print out of your notification email when you collect your order.

Free Returns:

Please note you can return your order to your closest store free of charge, please ensure that you bring along your despatch note with your goods.

Please note: A signature is required from You when Your order is delivered. Orders will only be delivered to the address You have stated when placing Your order. Harvey Nichols cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to Us.

In very rare circumstances We may not be able to fulfil Your order. Should We experience any problems with the availability of Your order, We will let You know as soon as possible.

Whilst We will use all reasonable endeavours to meet the timescales of Your delivery option We may sometimes experience delays because of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control and We therefore cannot accept any liability for any delays or non-delivery.

Please note: We regret that we are unable to deliver to British Forces Posted Overseas (BFPO) addresses at this time.

Please note: We will not deliver to forwarding addresses or Post Office boxes due to the risk of fraud. This is for the protection of all our customers.

Missed Delivery

We will leave a card explaining that Our chosen carrier has attempted to deliver Your goods.  If You do not contact the carrier and this is Your 1st delivery attempt the carrier will automatically attempt a second delivery on the next working day free of charge. If this is Your 2nd delivery attempt You will need to choose another re-delivery option. You may choose an alternative working day and this delivery will still be free of charge. You can also collect your order from the carrier's depot or ask them to leave your parcel in a safe place. In either event You will need to contact the carrier to arrange this. You can contact them on 0844 824 0505 or online at www.dpd.co.uk/callingcard. Both collection from the depot and leave in a safe place are free of charge. If You wish, You can upgrade Your order to a before 10a.m., before noon or Saturday before 1p.m. delivery. However, this is a premium service and will incur an additional charge. You will still need to contact the carrier to arrange this and so that they can take payment for the premium service charge. These premium services are provided by Our Carrier as a service to Our customers and are outwith any arrangements you have made with Us and in addition to any delivery charges You have already incurred. In certain circumstances the courier may leave your parcel with a neighbour if a signature has been obtained. Your parcel will be returned to Us if You have not contacted Us within 3 days of the 1st attempted delivery. If You originally arranged a premium service with Us and have missed Your delivery please call our Customer Services team on 0845 604 1888.
