Dickson Poon - Chairman
Dr. Poon has been Chairman of Harvey Nichols since October 1991. Through a family trust, he wholly owns Harvey Nichols Group Limited, and he is the majority shareholder of Dickson Concepts (International) Limited, which is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and S.T Dupont SA, which is listed on the Paris Bourse. Dr. Poon is the group executive chairman of The Dickson Group, which he founded in 1980. The Group's retail network currently totals 320 shops worldwide, comprising 49 in Hong Kong, 156 in the rest of China, 4 in Macau, 85 in Taiwan, 26 in Singapore and Malaysia, plus marketing subsidiaries throughout the Far East and major European markets.
Joseph Wan FCA, FCI Arb - Group Chief Executive
Joseph Wan, a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Arbitrator, became Chief Executive of Harvey Nichols in August 1992, having previously been the group finance director of Dickson Concepts for five years. Prior to that he spent nine years working for KPMG in Hong Kong and London. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Directors and The Royal Society of Arts. He is currently the non-executive chairman of S.T. Dupont SA, which is listed on the Paris Bourse, a fellow subsidiary of Harvey Nichols.
Julia Bowe - Group Press & Marketing Director
Julia Bowe, joined Harvey Nichols in May 1998 from Liberty Plc where she held the position of Marketing Director. Previously, she worked for the Austin Reed Group where she was responsible for marketing the retail and wholesale brands within the group. She has a BA (Hons) degree in business studies and marketing, and holds a diploma of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She is a member of the Marketing Society.
Daniela Rinaldi - Group Concessions & Beauty Director
Daniela Rinaldi joined Harvey Nichols in June 1986. She became Controller of Perfumery and Concessions in 1996 and in 2009 was promoted to the board as Concessions and Beauty Director.
Daniela is on the board of Cosmetic Executive Women and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
Barry Tallintire - Group Property & Facilities Director
Barry Tallintire joined Harvey Nichols in April 2001 as Property & Facilities Controller. He was promoted to the board as Group Property and Facilities Director in 2010. His career started in a private surveying consultancy where he specialised in Retail Development. Previously he worked for C&A where he latterly held the position of Head of Property, responsible for their new store opening programme. He has a BSc degree in Quantity Surveying and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Manju Malhotra - Group Finance Director
Manju Malhotra, joined Harvey Nichols in May 1998 as a newly qualified chartered accountant. She initially took on the role of Internal Audit Manager and then became Group Accountant within the Finance department. She was promoted to Financial Controller in 2003 and then to Group Finance Director in 2010.
Monica Goitiandia - Group HR & People Development Director
Monica Goitiandia joined Harvey Nichols in July 2010 from Coopers of Stortford, where she held the position of Human Resources and People Development Director. Previously, she worked for Tesco Plc where she was responsible for HR and Capability, reporting to the main Board, and prior to that she was Director of HR and Capability with Price Waterhouse Coopers. Monica has a BA (First class) degree in Industrial Psychology and a Masters degree in Business Administration. Monica is a member of the Council of Governors of Bishop Stortford College. She is also a member of the CIPD and The Institute of Directors.
Paul Finucane - Group Stores Director
Paul Finucane joined Harvey Nichols in January 2004 as General Manager of the flagship Knightsbridge store. He was promoted to the board as Director in 2010.His career began in 1984 with Harrods Ltd where he held various management roles within both Fashion and Home departments before being appointed General Manager. Paul was promoted to his current role in April 2011 and is a member of the Institute of Directors.
Jacinta Phelan - Director, Harvey Nichols Restaurants Ltd.
Jacinta joined Harvey Nichols in September 2005 as General Manager of Harvey Nichols Restaurants Ltd. Prior to this Jacinta specialised in creating and managing winning restaurant concepts and has worked with some of the country's best chefs, proprietors, designers and architects such as Marco Pierre White, Jason Atherton, Giorgio Locatelli, David Collins, Marc Newson and Zaha Hadid. Jacinta studied Hotel Management in Switzerland and is passionate about food and beverages. She was appointed to the Board in April 2010.
Gordon Drummond - Director, Harvey Nichols Regional Stores Ltd.
Gordon Drummond joined Harvey Nichols in April 2003 as General Manager of the Edinburgh store. He was promoted to the board as Director in 2010. Latterly, Regional Manager with House of Fraser, his retail career spans operational responsibilities across the fashion, tourist and visitor centre sectors. A graduate from Durham University, he is a member of the Institute of Directors and sits as a Non-Executive Director on several boards.
Iain Mackenzie – Director, Harvey Nichols Regional Stores Ltd.
Iain Mackenzie joined Harvey Nichols in 2006 as General Manager of the Manchester store. He was promoted to Store Director in 2012, overseeing both the Manchester and Birmingham stores, and will undertake management of the upcoming new concept store in Liverpool One later this year. Prior to joining Harvey Nichols, Iain worked for Selfridges in both the Oxford Street Flagship store and Manchester Trafford Centre.
