Bollinger Rosé NV is the house’s newest addition to the range and has been unanimously acclaimed since its launch. Modelled on Bollinger’s Special Cuvée this is a dry full and powerful style of Champagne with plenty of flavour and vibrancy. Red cherry raspberry rose petal and fresh bread are suggested on a forward nose whilst the palate is intense structured complex and fruit-driven. Crisp long and textured on the finish this excellent release would make a supurb celebratory drink.
