Churchill’s White Port is produced in a traditional method using native white Portuguese grape varieties and is aged for ten years in barrel before release. Intensely nutty and complex on the nose, the palate is gently sweet and full flavoured displaying notes of dried fruit, stone fruit and biscotti. Fresh and complex with a long peppery finish, this can be enjoyed as a delicious aperitif or mixed with tonic water for a refreshing and tasty long drink. Unanimously regarded as one of the very best examples of this atypical style, Churchill’s Dry White is a must try for lovers of fine fortified wines.
