Botani Moscatel Seco is Ordoñez’s dry Muscat release and is made from a careful selection of hand-picked grapes which are vinified to dryness before being aged in a selection of stainless steel and oak barrels. The resulting wine is an aromatic delight that is fresh and fragrant brimming with perfumed aromas of apple, mandarin orange, jasmine and rose. On the palate Botani is medium bodied and dry but incredibly fruity with exotic notes of grapefruit, mango, ginger and perfumed spices. Soft and round in mouthfeel with a flavoursome finish, this incredibly versatile wine pairs perfectly with all kinds of fish, seafood and shellfish, as well as cold soups such as ajoblanco. It is also great with ceviche, sushi, risottos, dishes with black truffle and spicy Thai or Indian food.£2.4 per 100.00ml
