Rémy Martin's Centaure De Diamant is an exquisite blend of 250 Cognacs (750-800 eaux-de-vie) from the areas of Grande and Petite Champagne, which has been matured for between 20 and 50 years. Created by outgoing Rémy Martin cellar master Pierrette Trichet in 2010, Centaure de Diamant is said to deliver complex layered notes of fig, prune, orange marmalade, hazelnuts and coffee beans. Incredibly smooth, and possessing immense depth and length, this is a wonderful example of cognac which sits nicely in-between Remy X.O. and Remy Louis XIII. The Cognac, named after the Rémy Martin centaur emblem, is presented in an exquisite diamond-shaped decanter complete with a cabochon stopper, in a beautifully lined gift box.
