Rustichella's traditions of using only the finest ingredients, and time proven traditions, are apparent in the quality and taste of their products. Specially selecting each grade of flour for each product, using bronze dyes, and air drying slowly produces a pasta we are proud to have on our shelves. Linguine al Nero di Seppia is a more unusual but popular version of traditional pasta, with squid ink providing its distinctive dark hue. Goes well with prawns and seafood, a bit of chilli or even just a drizzle of good quality extra virgin olive oil and a few fresh basil leaves.
