Light and tangy, Tenshou's Yuzu Citrus Ponzu Vinegar is an essential part of Japanese cuisine. It is a blend of shoyu (Japanese soy sauce), rice wine vinegar and mirin, with the added flavour notes from the Japanese citrus fruits yuzu, yuko and sudachi. It can be used when a flavoursome touch is needed, as you would with any vinegar or dressing. Use in salad dressings, or, for tempura dipping broth, as a dipping sauce for fish, vegetables and gyoza.
