Anna Hansen, born in Canada and raised in New Zealand, is a chef with pedigree having worked with the likes of Fergus Henderson and Peter Gordon. With her own inimitable style, known for mixing cultures and flavours to new culinary heights, we are pleased to introduce a range of ingredients and condiments - the likes of which will intrigue and delight. They may, at first, seem quite unusual, but they are quite stunning and simple to use, as demonstrated in The Modern Pantry cookbook.
