Where in the store should I collect my order?

The collection point differs between each of our stores and will be detailed in the confirmation email you receive when your order has arrived and is ready to collect, as well as in the links above.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow three to five working days from the day you place your order for it to arrive instore. We will email you as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please do not visit the store to collect your order until you have received your confirmation email.

When will my card be charged?

If you choose the Collect in Store service, your card will be debited when your order arrives at your chosen store. You will receive an email from us to confirm when the order has been processed and is ready for collection.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Please print out your ‘Ready to Collect’ confirmation email and bring it with you to the store or if you’d prefer, you can simply display the email on a smartphone, laptop or tablet device.

Please also bring the card that you paid with or a form of identification: your Hong Kong I.D Card or Passport.

What if I'm not available to collect my order?

If you do not collect your order within seven days of its arrival instore, you will be contacted by email. If we don’t hear from you for a further seven days, we will return your order to our warehouse for a refund. If you remain in contact with us, we are able to hold your order for an agreed period, within reason, until you are able to collect it from the store.

Can I return my order on the day I collect it, or at a later date?

Yes. If you change your mind or an item is unsuitable, you are able to return then and there in the store. You are free to make use of our changing facilities, and our sales team will be happy to offer advice. We are unable to offer exchanges instore but will be happy to help you place an alternative order.

Alternatively, you can take your order home and return any items you wish to (under the terms of our Returns Policy) within 14 days of collection.

Can I try on Fashion items?

Yes. Customers will have the chance to try on any purchased clothing in our fitting rooms. You will be asked to book an appointment with one of our Style Advisors, who will offer assistance when trying on your item(s) and complementary styling advice. Please email one of our Style Advisors for more information.

Can I collect from an international store?

Collection is only available from our Hong Kong stores.
