Problems with your order

All orders packed by us are monitored and recorded by CCTV to ensure that we do not leave anything out of your order. Particular care is taken to ensure that your order is packed to the highest standard. Additionally, your order is security sealed and banded.

If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, does not contain all the items listed on the Dispatch Note or hasn't arrived within the expected time period, please contact our Customer Services Team.

If you have more than one item in your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so may arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us.
