There are a number of ways to search for products. Use the search box in the top right-hand corner of the page. Browse by category or by brand, using the menu at the top of the page. Once a list of products is displayed, use the filters to narrow your search further. Please note: Not all brands and products available in our stores are available online, and vice versa.
All orders from harveynichols.com will arrive wrapped and with a Harvey Nichols carrier bag. If you are ordering an item to give as a gift, you may also wish to add a personal message and gift box free of charge. You will be given the option to do this at the online checkout. If you type a message in the field provided (250 characters max), we will print your message on a Harvey Nichols gift card and include it in your order. Please note that your message will be printed exactly as you have written it. If you would like a blank card, simply leave the field empty.
Once you have found the product you wish to purchase, please select the colour, size and quantity you would like and click ‘ADD TO SHOPPING BAG’. The miniature window at the top right of the page will pop out to show you the product has been successfully added to your Shopping Bag. You can then continue shopping, or click the links in this window to see the contents of your Shopping Bag or proceed to checkout. Selected items may not be available for international delivery. Please contact a Style Advisor for more information regarding these products.
If you are an existing customer, you will be prompted to log in at this stage. If you do not remember your password, click ‘FORGOTTEN YOUR PASSWORD?’ and follow the instructions provided. If you are a new customer, you can choose to check out as a guest or create an account and then continue. If you do choose to create an account, you will be able to proceed through checkout faster during your next order, track the status of your orders, save Shortlists of your favourites and store your addresses and personal details for future purchases.
You will be asked for your billing address. Your billing address is the address registered to the debit or credit card you wish to pay with. You will be asked to enter an address for delivery. You will be able to select the billing address you have already entered, a new address or one of our Hong Kong stores for collection.
At this stage of the order process, you will be able to see the total cost, including delivery charges, to make sure you are happy before you confirm your order. This is also the point where you will have the chance to enter a promotional code if you have one. You will need to tick a box confirming that you accept our Terms & Conditions to continue.
The final step is to make your payment. Please enter your card details in the fields provided. To find out more about accepted payment methods and payment security, see Payment & Security.
Once you have completed the checkout process you will see a message on screen acknowledging your order and providing you with an order number. Please note that you will not be charged at this time, but funds may be held in your bank account. You will then receive an email confirming the success of your order. This will be sent to the email address you provided. Following this, you will receive confirmation that your order has been dispatched or is ready for collection instore. We will notify you via email should there be any problems with your order.
