Yes, you can have your goods delivered to an address in the UK that is different to your billing address. When you reach the 'Delivery Address' section of the checkout process, simply click on 'Add a new address'.
For non-hamper orders, your order can only be delivered to one address. If you wish to send items to several addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Unfortunately we do not deliver to PO Box numbers, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses or temporary-residence addresses.
If you are not there to receive and sign for your delivery, our delivery company will leave a card with a telephone number for you to call to make alternative arrangements. If the delivery company is unsuccessful in delivering to you a second time, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative time for delivery.
Yes, you can choose to collect your purchased items from most of our UK and Dublin stores. During the checkout process, under 'Delivery Options', select 'Collect in Store', then choose the store you wish to collect from.
This service is free of charge. You will receive an email when the goods are ready to be collected from your preferred store - normally within three to five working days.
