Utilising a greater proportion of Pinot Noir in the blend along with an addition of specially selected reserve red wine, the Rosé possesses the same richness and roundness as its NV counterpart, but with a dash more red fruit, spice and floral notes. Raspberry, strawberry and violet flavours compliment the toasty, bready undertones, whilst the finish is refreshingly crisp with an attractive tangy cranberry twist. Delicious on its own or with fruit based dessert dishes.
