Harvey Nichols offers the following delivery service options:
Standard Delivery
Delivered from Monday – Friday. This is a named day service and is offered to all customers.
Premium Delivery
Mornings and Saturdays. Deliveries can be arranged for any morning (Monday-Friday). Saturday deliveries can be scheduled for anytime between 9 - 6pm. These deliveries are subject to additional charges. This service is only offered to United Kingdom mainland addresses.
European Union Delivery
Harvey Nichols is pleased to offer a range of hampers for delivery to selected countries within the European Union. For details and to order please contact our Customer Services Team. These deliveries are subject to additional shipping charges. Please note that we do not deliver to countries that are not part of the European Union at this time.*
Delivery to Multiple Addresses
When you are buying several hampers you will have the option of delivery to multiple addresses. You will be able to select a specific day for delivery using our calendar function, and have each hamper sent to an individual delivery address.

Christmas Deliveries
UK and EIRE
All Eire orders placed prior to 12 noon on 19 December 2012 will be guaranteed delivery in time for Christmas using our standard delivery service. Mainland UK orders can be placed up till 12 noon Thursday 20th using our standard delivery service. Mainland UK orders placed up to 12 noon on 21 December will arrive in time for Christmas using our premium delivery service.
European Union
European delivery orders placed prior to 12 noon on Monday 10 December 2012 will be guaranteed delivery for Christmas. Please note that we do not deliver to countries that are not part of the European community at this time.
We are unable to exchange food or beverage purchases. Refunds will only be given for faulty or damaged goods. Please refer to our returns section for full details.
