For a decadent start to your weekend why not book yourself onto one of our popular Saturday morning Cocktail Master Classes? You will be guided through the cocktail bar alchemy, classic cocktail combinations and bartender’s top tips, before being let loose behind the bar to practice and perfect those useful tricks of the trade.
Classes are £35 per person including a Buck’s Fizz brunch in the Second Floor Brasserie at 10am before the class begins.
