The Marqués de Valdueza's family proudly grow four varieties of olives on their farm in Extremadura western Spain. The land in the region was first planted with olives by the Romans. These days the Marquis is one of the last of the Spanish still to move their cattle from farm to farm by horseback hence the picture on the label. Each olive variety is harvested separately and blended to produce this award winning oil. With flavours of apples and light citrus aromas this gently nutty oil is well balanced with great depth and a gentle peppery finish.
