On Saturday 20 March, Damian Allsop, from Damian Allsop Chocolates, will be in store at the Harvey Nichols Foodmarket, Knightsbridge, to celebrate the launch of his innovative and exciting chocolate range, which will be available at Harvey Nichols stores, nationwide.

Damian himself, has always been a chocolate enthusiast, and has worked as Executive Pastry Chef for the last 20 years at several Michelin Starred restaurants including Locanda Locatelli, El Celler de Can Roca, and Mas de Torrent, both in Catalonia, and the Maestro - Ritz Carlton Hotel in Virginia.

Damian has re-invented chocolate as we know it, using water to unlock the true flavour of chocolate. He is the first and only chocolatier in this country, working in this medium. From classic flavours to more avant-garde combinations to new textures and concepts, Damian's touch is truly unique, and his chocolates, truly tempting.

His deluxe Easter egg, pieced at £29.95/€35.95, with peanut bites inside, comes in either Dark or Milk chocolate and is available from Harvey Nichols Foodmarkets now. Made using the highest quality cocoa the taste is simply delicious. Both the cream and butter have been removed to ensure the purest chocolate taste is created whilst keeping it light and fresh - it's truly chocolate unlike any other.

His Berry Clouds are truely a unique sensation - light with a crispy centre that melts in the mouth, encased in chocolate and decorated by hand.
