Style-Studded Catwalk Show

Renowned as the most stylish event in the city, the Harvey Nichols fashion show has proved such a success that this season it will be staged over two nights.

Previously a one-night only event, the demand for tickets has been so high that the catwalk show will be held at the luxury Mailbox store on Wednesday 9 October and Thursday 10 October, and is expected to attract more than 500 guests over the two nights.

Now in its third year, the style spectacular has quickly gained an enviable reputation for having the most fashionable front-row in the city and attracting a host of sporting and media celebrities. It has become an absolute must-have on the fashionista's calendar as the city's most stylish store shows off the latest collections from the likes of Donna Karan, Marc by Marc Jacobs, Stella McCartney, Paul Smith, Dolce & Gabbana and Roberto Cavalli.

Tickets for the event cost £15 (redeemable against purchases made on the night) and are available from the Personal Shopping department on 0121 616 6008.

Birmingham's Most Stylish Store

Harvey Nichols Birmingham has been officially recognised as the city's most stylish store after walking away with two top awards in the first ever Birmingham Style Awards.

The luxury Mailbox store picked up Birmingham's Best Style Accessories Retailer and Most Stylish Designer Retailer at the star-studded event staged at the MacDonald Burlington Hotel this month.

Harvey Nichols has recently undergone a major facelift which has seen the store increase by more 30%. It has introduced a host of new labels, including Emilio Pucci, Christian Louboutin and Burberry Prorsum, which have never been available in the Midlands before.

'We are delighted with these awards,' said Harvey Nichols' General Manager Kevin Breese. 'They recognise the high quality products we sell, the level of service offered by staff and the success of our new expansion that has made the store even bigger and better than before. Most importantly though, they recognise the high regard our customers hold us in.'
