Monday 8th September 2008.                        Evening commences at 7pm with a welcome glass of Louis Roederer Champagne, followed by dinner at 7.30pm through to 12am.               

Enjoy a 4 course menu created by Executive Head Chef Thomas Haughton matched with wines presented by Frederic Heidseick, export director for Roederer Champagne. Highlight of the evening will be a tasting of the Louis Roederer Cristal 2002.

Due to popular demand 'Eight Things to Eat Before you Die' returns to Harvey Nichols First Floor Restaurant.

Not to be missed, this exclusive dining experience offers the opportunity to indulge in some of the finest, rarest and luxurious foods available anywhere in the world and learn the fascinating story behind each special ingredient.

Experience a special eight-course tasting menu created by Head Chef Thomas Haughton, with each course introduced by Rocky Redmond of Vanilla Venture, the innovative and creative supplier of exceptional fine foods from around the world.

Tickets are priced at 90 euro per person.

Taittinger Champagne 
Tasting Dinner

The First Floor will be hosting an evening with Taittinger, one of the oldest and world's best loved Champagnes houses.                          

Savour a 4-course dinner, created by Executive Head Chef Thomas Haughton, served with accompanying Champagnes and wines from the Taittinger range,the highlight of the evening will be tasting of the vintage Taittinger Brut Millesime 2002. Justin Llewelyn, brand ambassador for Taittinger Champagne and son of Q from the James Bond movies, will be on hand to present the range.                         

Tickets cost 85.00 euro per person. The evening will commence at 7.00pm with a Champagne reception in the First Floor bar, followed by a 5 course dinner including wines to match.
