This inspirational gift set explains how chocolate is made and takes you on a journey to learn about its origin, the cultivation, the production and the real original taste of the best cocoa. The hand signed sets, presented in a film roll box with an educational DVD, contains a delicious tasting platter of toasted cocoa beans, cocoa paste and dark, milk and white chocolates.
Tasting
Customers are recommended to taste the produce in the order of production. Starting with the original flavour and texture of the cocoa beans, continue with the cocoa paste and finally savour the flavour of the three chocolates starting with the purest in cocoa content, dark chocolate and finish with the milk and white chocolates.
About Enric Rovira
Enric Rovira is the most deluxe of Barcelona's growing tribe of chocolate makers. Each of his unique creations is not only a work of art in form, but in taste as well. Having grown up surrounded by sweets in his father's pastry shop, today Enric uses chocolate as his artistic medium to portray the tradition and character of his city, Barcelona.
