The Distiller Edition Whiskies

These special editions, of the classic malts of Scotland, bring a new dimension to the enjoyment of a single malt whisky.

Each of the six distilleries has hand-selected a small number of their casks for double maturing. The whisky is matured for a second time in cask-wood, which each master distiller has chosen to complement the unique character of the malt whisky. Each bottle is hallmarked with the symbol of the distillery, it's founding year, the monogram of the master distiller and is then individually stamped with a release number. The six whiskies are:                                                       Dalwhinnie, Glenkinchie, Cragganmore, Oban, Talisker and Lagavulin each priced around £50.

Warres Otima Port

Otima is a superb award-winning Tawny Port from Warres which can be enjoyed at any time.

Otima is made from the finest grapes of the Portugese Douro Valley. The young wine is aged carefully in oak barrels where it develops a pale golden colour a aquires a gentle and delicate harmony. Perfect for Christmas, perfect anytime.
