Co-founded by Sam Galsworthy and Fairfax Hall, Sipsmith is an independent spirits company that specialises in its enviably pure distilling process. Boasting the first copper pot still in London for 189 years, the company's mantra is to produce small batches of carefully crafted spirits that aim to delight with every sip. It's a true labour of love creating batches of less than 500 bottles by hand, but it really is the only way to craft artisan spirits of this quality.

Using Sipsmith's own exceptionally pure Lydwell Spring water, Master Distiller Jared Brown takes an unusually small cut from the very heart of each distillation to ensure the creation of something intense and smooth. Choose Sipsmith Vodka for its smooth, buttery taste and light, nutty finish or Sipsmith's particularly dry Gin, for a zesty, citrus freshness. Made using 10 carefully selected botanicals from around the globe, you can expect a truly distinctive taste, thanks to ingredients including Sevillian orange peel, Chinese cassia bar and Madagascan cinnamon.

To produce such a premium quality wine, we have turned to the Sorelle Bronca winery, situated in the heart of the Prosecco DOC areas of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Founded in the mid-eighties by Antonella and Ersiliana Bronca, their passion and enthusiasm, combined with modern wine-making techniques, shines through in this premium sparkling wine.

Inviting yet complex, Harvey Nichols Prosecco conveys a refined yet pronounced aromatic quality with a palate that exudes perfect balance between a compelling core of acidity, layered with a harmonious blend of exotic fruits and spices.
