Showcasing only the most fashionable food individually selected by our award-winning buyers, this season's collection includes hand-selected Aberdeen Angus beef from Lord Newborough's estate in Corwen, North Wales.
 
Making its runway debut this season, is the famous Iberico pork from Andalusia. The Iberico pigs' acorn diet gives the meat its delicious and distinctive taste.

Then there's AW07's must have - Harvey Nichols own Sicilian pork sausage. Our latest in-house creation is made using the finest Gloucester Old Spot Pork and delicious seasonal ingredients such as perfectly dried fennel and Amalfi Coast lemons.

From the cheese collection, for the first time we're proud to present an exclusive 'Riserva' Grana Padano, exclusively hand-picked for Harvey Nichols from the supreme independent dairy in Northern Italy.
 
Other highlights include Truffle Brie. Made in-house, it's an audacious combination of the world's finest truffles, perfectly ripe French brie and finished with marscapone cheese.
 
Our fruit and vegetable collection is particularly directional this season - from the monochrome delights of black Perigord Truffles and creamy white Alba Truffles, to the season's finest crisp green Vassout apples flown in especially from Paris.
