Maggie Beer

Maggie Beer is a household name and much loved cook in her native Australia and her new book Maggie's Kitchen is being launched this May.

Customers can now buy Maggie's own range which includes the fantastic Vino Cotto and the versatile quince and plum pastes both of which are great accompaniments to cheese or charcuterie, from the Fourth Floor Foodmarket.

Richard Woodall hams and charcuterie are now available from the Fourth Floor Foodmarket.

Nestling between the western edge of the Lakeland Fells and the Irish Sea lies the sleepy backwater village of Waberthwaite.  This is the home of Richard Woodall, one of the oldest family businesses, the company, currently run by seventh and eighth generation family members, is renowned for it's much acclaimed, traditionally cured hams, bacon and sausages.
