Delicatessen

The Forth Floor Delicatessen offers a wide range of freshly prepared seasonal produce created by professional chefs and served by passionate foodies.

HN to Go- Enjoy delicious soups, juicy olives, antipasti of vegetables, fresh salads, tasty rolls and paninis filled with an array of possiblilities. At HN to Go we also give you the chance to take home some of the Forth Floor Brasserie's best sellling dishes including- goats cheese and beetroot tart, chicken liver parfait, smoked salmon terrine and of course the Forth Floor Fishcakes. *Dishes are subject to availability*

Charcuterie- offers international meats including serrano ham, piccante chorizo, salami and the award winning Orkney Island Gold Ribeye.
