Willie's Supreme Cacao

Willie Harcourt-Cooze has a dream: to produce the very best chocolate in the world, all the way from bean to bar.

His premium chocolate bars are now available at Harvey Nichols Foodmarket; Venezuelan 72 and Peruvian 70 sourced from the north eastern region of Venezuela and full of smooth fruity tones and a delicious chocolate flavour. 

The beans are sourced from the Departamento de San Martin in Northern Peru and they are naturally fruity with tropical fruit flavour notes.

The chocolate is sold in 80g bars, each one containing two square 40g bars for €4.50, in the Foodmarket.

To celebrate the publication of ;Willie's Chocolate Factory Cookbook;, the Foodmarket is now selling signed copies of the cookbook priced at €21.50.

Daylesford Organic

A range of foods from the award winning Daylesford Organic is now available at Harvey Nichols Foodmarket.  

With its excellent organic, fresh and seasonal vegetables, award-winning handmade cheeses and organic baked goods, you can taste the difference.  The award-winning family run Daylesford Organic, which was established in the Cotswolds and Staffordshire over twenty years ago, is dedicated to growing, producing and cooking real food, organically. Ensuring it is fresh, full of texture, succulence and flavour, with the full complement of vitamins and minerals that can only come from natural food, their products really speak for themselves. 

The new Harvey Nichols range includes classic pantry editions, such as tomato ketchup and strawberry jam, to delicious red onion chutney and honey and mustard dressing. A boutique offering of kitchen wear is also available including beautiful storage jars.  A range of delightfully scented candles is also on offer, including rather more unusual scents such as vine tomato garden, fig and oak.
