Menswear's getting a serious Spring spruce-up this season with some hot new names joining the old favourites in-store.

An exclusive arrival is Limoland, which follows in the super-smart footsteps of Pharrell's Billionaire Boys Club. This is luxed-up sportswear for all you grown up street kids out there - think cashmere sweats and hand-finished hoodies emblazoned with the grimacing face of the brand's very own cult cartoon character, Limo.

Next up is another exclusive collection, this time from Public School - the creative collaboration of Sean John designer, Maxwell Osbourne and Dao-Yi-Chow of Miami hotspot, Arrive. Spring's collection takes its cue from the mean streets of The Big Apple and blends NY street chic with tailored influences. Look out for perforated leather bombers and an already in-demand leather biker vest with detachable hood and sleeves.

More street-wear comes courtesy of Christian Audigier, an LA-based French designer whose love of colour and rock 'n' roll music has inspired designs for Diesel, Levis and Von Dutch. His eponymous own label collection has a sporty, hip-hop feel, already cooking up a celebrity fan club that counts Usher and Madonna as members.

With other new collections that include denim-wear from super-cool French label Atelier Ladurance and casual classics from Lost Souls, not forgetting the first ever Zagliani man-bags (yes the wait is over), it looks like being a bumper season for male fashion fans everywhere.

Stars In Your Eyes

Tiffany sunglasses Tiffany sunglasses

Audrey Hepburn was famously linked to the world renowned jewellers Tiffany & Co in her role as Holly Golightly in Breakfast at Tiffany's. Since then, every socialite, model and fashionista has endeavoured to follow in her footsteps; adorning themselves with Tiffany & Co's unique, sparkling sensations.

Not satisfied with just accessorising A list celebs for red carpet events, the Tiffany & Co team are launching their first sunglasses and optical collection this summer.  Expect to see the same stylish approach to eyewear design as has been done with their jewellery, resulting in the perfect combination of timeless beauty and unique style.

If you want to dazzle this summer, choose from Tiffany's exclusive diamond ranges. The Tiffany Jazz, Lace, Voile, Swing and Bubbles collections have all been adapted with key design elements interpreted into hand-set sparkling crystal. For a more classic option, the Return to Tiffany, Tiffany 1837 and Tiffany Atlas collections offer iconic Tiffany logos in stirling silver. Whichever side of the fence you sit on, add further character to your choice with the multitude of frame colours on offer, from glossy black to translucent yellow (and everything in between.) Whether you're more Audrey Hepburn or Angelina Jolie, there's something to suit every style and taste in this chic new range.

The Tiffany & Co eyewear collection is now available at Harvey Nichols stores.

Fashion Theory

Theory Spring/Summer 08 Theory Spring/Summer 08

Perusing Theory's Spring/Summer collection is like ticking off a checklist of our favourite trends this season. This cool and collected range has a refreshingly modern and lightweight feel that is perfect to complement the move of Theory to the Contemporary Department at Harvey Nichols.

As with previous seasons, the dress is a key piece for any collection. Theory do not disappoint with dresses that are distinctly sporty yet feminine. The shapes range from fluid and light in knit jersey to volume and structure in cotton nylons and silks; both giving that deliciously soft feel that is synonymous with the season.

Another wardrobe must have for Spring is the blazer, a great piece for teaming with more floral, girly items. Theory has hit the nail on the head with its architecturally inspired versions. Clean lines, smooth fabrics and fitted waists give the blazer a body conscious silhouette perfect for emphasising the female form.

With such clean finishes and minimal detail, the emphasis is clearly focused on the fabric and colour of the Spring/Summer collection. Seasonal bursts of shamrock green and neon pink contrast with the cool and contemporary shades of grey. Meanwhile the experimentation of fabrics includes matte satins, soft wovens and hand painted silk.

While Theory's new designs are playful in texture and colour, its sleek and simple quality means they are also classics. This collection combines a look and feel that is both relaxed and active, and sure to put a spring in your step.

Theory is available on the Third Floor of our London store.

Paris Match

Lanvin Paris suit Lanvin jacket

Just saying the name Lanvin is enough to get your average fashion savvy female all weak at the knees and jittery (she'll instantly think of those gorgeous satin evening dresses, towering gotta-have-em heels and sparkling gem and pearl jewellery). But for men it's always been a different story - well at least it was a different story until Lucas Ossendrijver (previously of Dior Homme and Kenzo) took the menswear design reins a few seasons ago. Since then, an ever growing tribe of stylish males has realised that Lanvin is perhaps the hottest label in town right now - and getting hotter!

Let us introduce Lanvin Paris, a new spin-off label from the mainline collection that takes that luxurious Lanvin baton and runs with it, into super-slick tailoring territory. Ossendrijver loves his tailoring (as a teenager he would dissect flea market jackets to study their construction) and it shows. With a focus on comfort, the Paris range has supple shoulders, narrow lapels and fluid lines - this is not just boring old suiting, but fashion-focused design that acts as an extension to the main Lanvin line.

There are also oversized raincoats, neat trousers with casually rolled turn-ups and clever little touches like hidden buttons and grosgrain trimmed buttonholes on jackets. And it all wears well with pieces from the mainline and the shoe collection at Poste.

Lanvin and Lanvin Paris are both available at Harvey Nichols stores in London, Manchester and Edinburgh.

Above left, suit £1330 Lanvin Paris. Above right, jacket £2260 Lanvin.

Limoland Luxe

Limoland sweater Limoland bags

Luxe sportswear is still big news in menswear this season, and you don't get more luxurious than cult brand Limoland. This contemporary and casual collection is the brainchild of African art collector and design authority Jean Pigozzi, a Frenchman who went to school in the USA. The label was born out of his love for colourful streetwear that he had bought in Harlem as an adult. Pigozzi wanted to create clothes that are 'hyper-luxury streetwear for 'mature' kids'.

Limoland develops and adapts the sporty look to appeal to a more mature generation. The knitwear in the range is crafted in Scotland and is exquisitely hand-finished, premium sweatshirts are made from Japanese cotton-fleece and v-neck sweaters are in the finest cashmere.

For his accessories line, Pigozzi collaborated with Porter - the world-famous Japanese luggage brand who have never agreed to work with a non-Japanese brand before.

Pigozzi ensures that there still a sense of fun in the range, in the form of the label's own cartoonish 'brand character' Limo. Created by a prestigious African artist, his face appears on every item, from being subtly placed on the cashmere sweaters to being emblazoned across the hooded jumpers. It is this edgy addition to the clothes and Limoland's colour palette that ensure that Pigozzi's brand stays true to both his American inspiration and African influences - fresh, bright and chic.

Limoland is exclusive to Harvey Nichols London.
