Cancellations, Alterations and Refunds
If You order over the phone or online You have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. Harvey Nichols cannot accept cancellations after this period. Refunds and cancellations can only be requested by the purchaser.
Recipients of any delivery are entitled to a replacement if goods arrive damaged. If a refund is required and the order has not been shipped the order will be cancelled and the purchaser refunded. Damaged goods will be collected by Harvey Nichols.
Unwanted goods must be returned by the Purchaser at their expense before any refund can be given. No refunds will be given until goods have been received by Harvey Nichols. Goods should be returned to us at the following address:

Lost or damaged boxes

Alterations
