3) Offer available from 5 January until 3 April 2010 inclusive from 5pm onwards Tuesday - Friday. Saturday from 6pm.
4) A reservation is compulsory to redeem this offer.
5) The management reserve the right at busy periods to ask guests to vacate their tables after dessert, however will offer seating in another area.
6) Harvey Nichols employees, their immediate relatives, and concession staff receive no further discount.
7) A cash equivalent is not available and the offer is non-transferable.
8) The offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion or during special events.
9) Harvey Nichols reserves the right at their discretion to add to or waive these terms and conditions on reasonable notice.

Cocktail Master Classes in the Second Floor Bar


New dates

Learn how to mix and shake like a professional at one of the Second Floor's Cocktail Master Classes.

Head Barman Tim Barnes and our cocktail specialists will deliver an educational and fun session on the history and ingredients of the best drinks around. Learn the techniques and tricks in making these fabulous drinks.

Classes are £25 per person, or £40 per person which includes a two course meal in the Brasserie after the class.

Saturday Master Classes start at 11.30am.

Second Floor Manchester Chef Evening

Exclusive Dining Event with Aled Williams, in Association with Louis Roederer

Monday 10 May

Join Harvey Nichols Second Floor Restaurant on Monday 10 May, for an intimate and exclusive dining event with the Head Chef from Plas Bodegroes, Aled Williams.

Aled Williams is currently filming the new series of The Great British Menu, so rest assured, it will be an evening of the highest quality.

To whet your appetite, dishes on the evening may include;
-Pea and Parmesan foam
-Llyn Peninsula pork Belly with black pudding, scotch egg and spiced puy lentil dressing
-Pan fried sea trout with fennel puree, woodland sorrel and Bois Boudran sauce
-Loin and slow cooked shoulder of mountain lamb with asparagus, broad beans and morel mushrooms
- Lemongrass baked custard with champagne poached rhubarb and black pepper shortbread

The main course and dessert are tweeked versions of dishes which are featured in The Great British Menu.

Aled prides himself on his use of fresh local ingredients and his food's reputation is based upon the modern interpretation of traditional dishes.

In the 23 years since Plas Bodegroes first opened, the restaurant has gained top awards from all of the leading guides, including an Egon Ronay Star.

Tickets are priced at £60 with only 45 places available. So save the date and book your place - it's too tempting to miss.
