The Brasserie, with its state-of-the-art, open-plan kitchen, produces exciting dishes with intense flavours and global influences. The contemporary grey-blue tables and airy dining space add to the impression of dining in the sky, while al fresco summertime eating is not to be missed. The Brasserie also offers a vegetarian/vegan menu, as well as an extensive wine list.
Live music from a fabulous line-up of musicians adds another dimension to the experience. The musicians, each of whom has his or her own distinctive style, all share jazz roots. Sunday nights are particularly mellow, with a female vocalist and piano.
