Head chef Louise McCrimmon's brunch, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner menus are based on classic techniques and indulgent world ingredients, as well as the finest produce from the South West.

The Second Floor Bar, with its chic silver ceiling and long bar offers a seasonally changing drinks list, with a selection of wines and champagnes available by the glass. Open during the day and late into the night, the bar, with its award winning mixologists, provides a glamorous environment for those who want to see and be seen. A regular programme of Cocktail Master Classes is also available.
