Returns Policy:

Please note we offer a free returns service via Royal Mail using your Returns Note provided in your parcel or alternatively return in person to your nearest store.

We hope that You will be delighted with Your order. However, if within 7 days of receiving Your goods, You change your mind, we will be happy to offer You a full refund credited to the card used in the original sales transaction. Please note that You must notify Us of Your intention to return the goods to Us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods in order to qualify for a full refund. You can do this by calling Our web customer services department on 0845 604 1888 fax +44 160 466 2781 or e-mailing Us on webcustomerservices@harveynichols.com. Overseas customers should please call +44 160 466 2788.

Please note that goods should be returned in perfect condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging along with Your completed returns note. Please make sure You return Your items to Us within 7 days after having notified Us of Your intention. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at Our own discretion and may only be refunded as an online store credit.

IMPORTANT: Please note that Sale goods returned outside of the 7 working days window may be accepted at Our own discretion, unless the goods are defective. As above, You must have notified Us of your intention to do so within 7 working days of receipt in order to obtain a full refund for Sale goods.

Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or a manufacturing fault is subsequently found within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

You should check to see that all items listed on the despatch note match those contained in Your package when You receive it. If they do not please notify Us immediately by calling Our web customer services department on 0845 604 1888 fax +44 160 466 2781 or e-mail webcustomerservices@harveynichols.com. Overseas customers should call +44 160 466 2788.

All returns for any particular order need to be sent in one shipment. Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping costs. For Your security and protection and to prevent fraud, all orders packed by Us are monitored and recorded by CCTV to ensure that We don't leave anything out of Your order. Additionally Your order is security sealed and banded.

For reasons of hygiene and safety, We are unable to refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty:

•    pierced jewellery                             •    food, beverages & all perishable goods      
•    personal grooming products            •    ladies’ and men’s briefs                     •    hosiery 
•    cosmetics and fragrances               •    hats and hair accessories.                •    pillows             

Shoes returned without all their original undamaged packaging will not be accepted. Swimwear can only be returned provided the hygiene strips have not been removed.

In addition, We do not allow magazines or gift boxes to be exchanged or returned.

Returns Procedure

Pack the item(s) You wish to return in its original, undamaged packaging. If You wish to receive a refund please fully complete the Returns Note enclosed with Your parcel. We can only process a return if the Returns Note has been fully completed.

We have included a free of charge returns form and label to allow you to return your products in a quick and simple way. If however, you would prefer to return your products in person to a Harvey Nichols store you can do so. Take your product to the relevant department at your nearest store with your despatch note. Refunds can only be requested by the Purchaser and will be made to the original payment method

United Kingdom returns - attach the postage pre-paid label found on the Returns Note to the outside of the original delivery box. Please ensure that the package is sealed and the label is attached properly. Post the parcel at any Post Office and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office in the space provided on the back of the Despatch Note for Your reference.

Eire returns - prior to returning any goods please e-mail Our web customer services department webcustomerservices@harveynichols.com to arrange collection, please quote Your Order Number found on Your e-mail.

Overseas returns (excluding Eire) - if You are an overseas visitor receiving a delivery to a UK or Eire address You must follow the returns process for returning goods from the United Kingdom or Eire as described above as We are unable to accept any returns from customers who have left the United Kingdom or Eire under any circumstances.

Gift Returns - if You return a gift please note that the refund will be made to the original card Purchaser. If You wish to exchange a gift, please take the item with Your Despatch Note to Your nearest store.

Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the Purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by Us. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty products. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items We deem damaged as a result of fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. We reserve the right to charge You the cost of the returns delivery when an unwanted product is returned.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer any exchanges online. If You are unhappy with your purchase please return Your package to Us using the free post returns label and complete and include the Returns Note in Your parcel.  We can only process a return if the Returns Note has been fully completed. We will then refund You accordingly. Please place a new order for the item(s) You require.  

Receiving a Refund: Refunds can only be requested by the Purchaser and will be made by the original payment method within 30 days of Our distribution centre receiving the returned goods in a saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging. Refunds processed in store will be performed at the point of Sale and funds returned to Your account immediately.
