The Personal Shopping department in Knightsbridge has been relaunched, following a luxurious refurbishment in September 2008. Designed in collaboration with Gregor Jackson of GP Studio, the suite offers a sophisticated yet welcoming setting for the ultimate experience in retail therapy.
Harvey Nichols remains the destination for the ultimate Personal Shopping experience - saving time, providing inspiration, and allowing you to relax whilst others do all the hard work for you.
Maybe you need a little help putting together a new look for that special occasion or event? Are you thinking of creating a new work wardrobe, or even just seeking advice on how to wear the season's latest trends. Perhaps you simply need a bit of inspiration for the perfect gift, or help selecting the finest food and wine for a dinner party? Services include one-to-one consultations, seasonal wardrobe updates as well as a more customised service for special occasions. Personal Shopping can also arrange a full day appointment offering the ultimate Harvey Nichols experience, including shopping, beauty treatments and five star dining.
Once your requirements have been established, a selection of suitable pieces will be brought to you in the comfort of the Personal Shopping suite, helping to take the legwork out of shopping. Service is complimentary, along with refreshments. Your Personal Shopper will also wrap gifts and arrange home delivery. What more luxurious way to shop? The team would also be delighted to discuss any specific personal requirements such as corporate gifting, alterations, purchasing of gift vouchers, or arranging hair and make-up appointments during your visit.
