58 Gin’s London Dry has been distilled very slowly and at the lowest possible temperature to maintain all the aromatics of the juniper coriander angelica orris root cubeb pepper lemon pink grapefruit bergamot and vanilla. With wonderful citrus notes peppery pine from the juniper and a creamy sweetness imparted by the vanilla as the wings on the label suggest when you open this little angel it’s going to fly. It makes a sensational Aviation and a refreshing G&T but we can’t get enough of its ‘signature serve’ the Archway Sour. To create it shake 50ml of London Dry with 50ml of pink grapefruit juice 15ml of lemon juice 15ml of vanilla sugar 10ml of Campari 25ml of aquafaba (to foam) and ice.
