O’Scura O’Scura is an old-vine Nerello Mascalese – a grape that produces haunting reds with a finesse and vineyard variation that can rival the Pinot Noir of Burgundy. Organically and biodynamically farmed and matured in oak for 12 months followed by a further year in stainless steel tanks; it’s all forest fruits toasted hazelnuts vanilla silk and spice.
