This vegan-friendly Bellavista Alma NV from Harvey Nichols – made from Chardonnay Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir using the same method as Champagne – has a lively and persistent mousse. Fine elegant yet rounded and beautifully balanced this wine has perfumes of white flowers and stone fruits with subtle hints of vanilla which follow through on to the palate.
