Bottega’s Limoncino is a liqueur that unites Sicilian lemon peels with essential oils, and then just a splash of grappa to heighten the aromatics. The lemon used are grown naturally and picked at the peak of ripeness before being washed and peeled by hand to remove the bitter pith. Peels are then infused in alcohol for around 30 days allowing the extraction of the full zesty flavour and colours. The liquid is then separated from the peel, and sugar and high-quality grappa is added, making this Limoncino unique and unmistakable.
