Rosé Champagne NV Magnum

Champagne Bollinger was founded in 1829 by Jacques Bollinger, and soon earned a reputation for quality. Under subsequent generations its reputation has gone from strength to strength, and today it is one of the most prestigious of all Champagne brands. Stylistically, Bollinger are renowned for their rich and savoury style of wines, dominated by Pinot Noir and subject to oak fermentation and extensive lees maturation. Bollinger Rosé NV is the house’s newest addition to the range and has been unanimously acclaimed since its launch. Modelled on Bollinger’s Special Cuvée, this is a dry, full and powerful style of Champagne with plenty of flavour and vibrancy. Red cherry, raspberry, rose petal and fresh bread are suggested on a forward nose, whilst the palate is intense, structured, complex and fruit-driven. Crisp, long and textured on the finish, this special magnum release would make a great celebratory drink.
