Bottega’s Crema di Limoncino is a lemon cream liqueur that unites Sicilian lemon peels with the soft texture of thick cream, and then just a splash of grappa to heighten the aromatics. It tastes like limoncello blended with ice cream and lemon posset. Serve it chilled with lemon-based desserts or at the end of the meal in lieu of pudding. Mix it into cocktails (we like to use it in a Lemon Meringue Martini or combine it with an unpeated whisky), or simply drizzle it over ice cream and scatter with mixed peel.
