Klevner Pinot Blanc Réserve 2019

Klevner Pinot Blanc Réserve is a gorgeous, silky and mouth-filling white wine – one of those underrated classics. We adore its bright lemon, pear, apricot sorbet and verbena flavours and cannot wait to pair it with an onion tart, quiche, fishcakes, tartiflette, creamy pasta or a risotto packed with crunchy spring vegetables.

Established in 1954, Cave de Hunawihr is a small cooperative of around 100 members that was created to try and regenerate winemaking after the devastation of World War II. Based in the Haut-Rhin, about 9km from Colmar, they’ve become one of the most respected and reliable producers in all of Alsace.
