The world needed a micro-precision pencil which mimics natural brow hairs to elongate the brow structure. Charlotte Tilbury wanted to make it as fool-proof as possible so that you could have precision application, glide without dragging and colour with no ashy undertones to create the illusion of fuller looking brows.

Infused with vitamin E to condition, Brow Cheat features a high concentration of pigments to create natural-looking colour with depth. The formula is rich in emollients, allowing for smooth application, enabling easy creation of definition and shape.
