Produced by the award-winning Chase distillery in a copper pot still, GB Very Dry Gin is made from the same potatoes grown on the family farm in Herefordshire that produce the brand's single estate vodka, which is then infused with a carefully considered selection of fine botanicals. Juniper buds and berries are infused, to ensure the driest gin possible, followed by wild botanicals including cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, almond, coriander, cardamom, cloves, liquorice and lemon, to ensure a distinct and robust flavour. Zesty and spicy, GB Gin works particularly well in a G&T with a slice of apple, but it’s also intense enough to stand up in a range of gin-based cocktails.
