The Matton-Farnet family has owned and run Château Minuty for over eight decades, and they bottle what can only be described as the true spirit of Saint-Tropez. Surrounded by protective forests and with stunning views down to the sea, they’re one of the few estates who still handpick their grapes. This expressive rosé comes from the very best vineyards in Côtes de Provence, and is bursting with notes of blood orange peel, wild strawberry, redcurrant and pink grapefruit.
